It doesn´t matter if you´ve exercised before or not, if you have an at-risk or twin pregnancy, or if this is your first or last child; at Good you will find spaces to exercise, relax, relieve soreness, dance, learn about the process and share with your partner to celebrate the miracle of life.

At Good you will be physically and emotionally prepared for birth and for a better recovery. We support you before, during and after.

Post-partum:

Thinking of your wellbeing, we’ve developed post-partum recovery exercises that are carried out calmly, safely and at your own rhythm, until you are ready to return to your regular physical training.

Babies:

If you are a mom, we invite you to share a unique experience with your baby. With pleasant spaces, with few elements, so you and your baby can stay connected, focused on learning together through movement, games, music and in-water activities to potentiate his/her adequate development, according to their age.

Our goal is for parents and caretakers to transmit to the baby love, security and tranquility, which are the basis for its development.

for Maternity:

We focus on preparing you for nursing, natural or c-section childbirth and parenting guidelines that guarantee the adequate development of your baby. It is the only course offered both in water and indoors by different specialists. The class offers 9 aspects with a duration of 2 hours each, one theoretical and one practical, where we perform physical activities in couples such as pre-natal yoga, pre-natal Pilates and pre-natal swimming.  

Babies:

Child Development program starting on the first month and up to when the child is 24 months old, with activities directed to the parents, both in-water and indoors, that guarantee the biological development of the child in an adequate environment that promotes bonding with their children, as well as the quality of their social, motor and cognitive development.

Stages:

0-3 months: Bonding
3-6 months: Sensorial
6-12 meses: Motor (starting at this stage we begin in-water activities)
12-18 months: Walkers
18-24 months: Adventurers

for Children

Swimming is one of the most important activities we must learn and it is even better if we learn it from the early childhood stages. Whether as a method for safety and trust inside the water or as a more complete sport, at Good, we make swimming an enriching and fun experience. Our goal is to make kids love water and, in this way, they can learn and master even the most advanced swimming styles.

* In this stage, water is introduced as part of our child’s development program until the baby reaches 12 months old.  

Swimming:

Our swimming program, aimed at kids between the ages of 3 and 12 years old, focuses on learning and mastering all swimming styles, where we respect each child’s development and support the talent of those who want to become amazing swimmers (competition).

In our pools, kids experience greater safety in the adaptation and learning process.
